Welcome! You landed here so you must be interested in course requests for the upcoming school year. We've crafted a "create your own adventure-esque" process that will guide each of you through this year's steps to complete your course requests. It starts with picking your correct graduation year below and then following a few simple, but important steps. Each year is specific to your graduation year - so please ensure you have that correct.
You should have received a forecasting "pick sheet" in your PAT class. This sheet is to help you as you input your course requests in StudentVUE. Your school counselor will review your requests against your past performance, graduation and post-grad plan and credit requirements and may reach out with suggestions - so please pay close attention to your email inbox. A reminder - this is a request process - you are not building your final schedule. We do our best to try to get you all that you desire, but it isn't always possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we craft our student-centered schedule.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN'T ENTER MY COURSE REQUESTS DURING THE WINDOW?
Your school counselor will assign classes based on your grade level, performance, and best guesses in terms of interest. You will be able to request schedule changes once your schedule is released in May based on availability of space in the courses you'd like.
I FAILED A CLASS - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
It depends on what class and if you failed both semesters or not. If you failed only one semester and got a C or better in the other - you will likely be best off completing the course in Edgenuity Credit Recovery. If you earned 2 F's - you are likely best off repeating the course next year if the course is a requirement. Please ask your school counselor if you have a question related to this and we can give you an individual answer.
THE COURSE REQUEST WINDOW CLOSED BUT I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT A CLASS - WHAT NEXT?
Contact your school counselor and we will discuss options. It depends on where we are at in the scheduling cycle - the earlier you figure this out, the better. Once the school year starts - you will be subject to the MHS add/drop policy.
